The service prices are individualized by type service. All services will be paid for at the time of service, any insurance used will be sent in for the individual's coverage reimbursement. This reimbursement check will be for the patient when it arrives. Insurance prices are higher than Cash (out of pocket) prices due to the additional billing time it takes.
